This course will cover 3 key topic areas that are crucial to make remote leadership and collaboration a success. Staying true to our commitment to applied learning and DOing, this course will focus on actionable insights and learning. The goal is to walk away from each session with clear actions you can implement straight away, as well as some more strategic insights for the long haul.

Join DO School Founder, Katherin Kirschenmann as she shares her own experiences leading the DO School and supporting partners to lead their organizations during the current corona pandemic. In addition Katherin brings in colleagues to provide inspiring content and tools on specific aspects of the course.

Sessions will cover:

  1. Creating An Inspiring Online Space for Quality Collaboration: Tools and techniques: Make the most out of your existing tech platforms, introduce additional tech tools (or not), learn key best practices for remote meeting and workshop facilitation, including creating a safe space and understanding and catering for different personalities in remote work successfully
  2. Developing A Strong Remote Culture - Psychological safety and distance leadership: Keep motivation high, create a shared sense of belonging and make teamwork more effective now and in the medium term
  3. Fostering Mindsets for Virtual Co-creation - Innovation and entrepreneurial spirit: Identify the right mindsets to support remote collaboration and innovation and foster entrepreneurial mindsets across your team to keep creating new solutions

Each session will run for 1-hour to be easily integrated into a busy work day. Sessions consist of expert input on the respective topic, followed by a Q&A and best practice sharing. You will be able to access documentation of each session to put into action right after.
