Suhana Swasthyam is an event that celebrates mindfulness, its benefits, its historical roots in India, and its relevance to contemporary life. The goal of Swasthyam is to host India’s largest wellness festival that highlights the importance of inner well-being. The aim is to invite reputed dignitaries such as spiritual speakers, health educators and yoga experts to conduct live sessions, workshops, and other activities that propagate wellness.
