START YOUR DAY THE IDIOT WAY

Friday 30th August, Friday 6th September and Friday 13th September 2024, 9am - 9:45am (central London)

These in-person 45 minute physical sessions are led by Idiot Artistic Director Paul Hunter and will take a group through a gently provocative warm up followed by a variety of group games and exercises. Bring your track pants (or other suitable loose clothing to move in) and whether you’ve got a day in the office, improvising with pals or selling artisan cheese at the local market ahead of you, Start Your Day the Idiot Way is a playfully invigorating opportunity to embrace your morning with a spring in your step and a twinkle in your eye.

Start Your Day the Idiot Way will run for three consecutive Fridays in the London rehearsal room of our new show The Cat and the Canary. Early bird bookings grant admission for all 3 sessions at a reduced rate.
