The daily limit you can do is determined by your level, which is 250 at 2500 total. You can count every resource you collect from yourself or any other resources you receive through the divine location, in determining your limit. Some resources fill your limit quicker than others.

You can place as many divine locations as you want per day, but only one place per day. If you want XP It is recommended to harvest from divine places that other players have made instead of your own. If you aren't concerned about XP but are looking to earn fast profits, you could put your own godly locations in busy areas.
