RuneScape awards you to do wizardry like a wand

Once you've reached the level the next step is to first create the item you want to make. After that, you can get half the number of of bars needed to smith this item. After that, you return at the anvil and make the item that you desire. The reinforced item will have the same characteristics that the unreinforced one has, plus half the stats of the non-reinforced.

The item reinforced includes "hitpoints". It is able to be reinforced a certain number of times that it will be no longer strengthened and reverses to its previous self RS3 Accounts. It cannot degrade any further. The further the object that has been reinforced is degraded, the less rewards are.
