Topic of Discussion
In the face of the global pandemic, we are heading towards majorly remote working models, as the future of knowledge work. But in such a model, synchronous communication becomes difficult and hence the aspect of psychological safety becomes paramount. Despite the freedom allowed by remote work, it is much more difficult to create psychologically safe places because we lose out on the proximity of the office environment where it is much easier to create and sustain connections.
- Are your employees confident enough of sharing their thoughts without the fear of being misjudged?
- Do they feel included as a valued member of the group?
- Do they feel empowered to contribute their skills and abilities?
Join us for a discussion to understand what psychological safety is, why it matters and how to build it onto remote teams.
