INTRODUCTION

This course aims at equipping participants with the skills to appraise and analyze projects. It relies on the current tools and techniques in managing project risks and uncertainties to ensure the profit margins are sustainable. The major objective of the course is to impart participants with the skills to understand the value and practice of impact evaluation in development economies, to develop and implement impact evaluation.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

· Carryout technical, economic, financial, and risk analysis to select projects that meet the objectives of the state and the organization

· Carry out financial analysis using Payback, NPV and IPR

· Using the latest tools and techniques, manage and evaluate risks
