A three-day, basic-level tax resolution training in which attendants will review the following topics:

• Power of Attorney and Tax Information Authorization
• Different methods to obtain a client's tax transcripts
• Comparison of tax resolution options
• ASED and CSED dates, and how they affect a case
• Collection Information Statements for individuals
• Employment Tax issues and Trust Fund Recovery Penalty
• Penalty Abatement
• Case studies
