PitBullTax Hybrid Workshop - Beginners Level

This is a three-day, beginners-level, tax resolution training workshop for Enrolled Agents, CPAs and tax attorneys who are interested in entering the world of tax resolution with the right foot forward.

This workshop grants continuing education credits to attendants, as applicable, and covers the following topics:

• Overview of a tax representation
• Getting authorization via a Power of Attorney and a Tax Information Authorization
• Gathering data about the case by requesting and analyzing a client's tax transcripts
• Comparison of tax resolution alternatives, including Installment Agreement, Offer in Compromise, Currently Not collectible Status and bankrupcy
• Collection Information Statements for individuals (433-A forms)
• Offer in Compromise
• Penalty Abatement
