Paper Presentation

Guidelines:

1. This is an online event and has 2 rounds:

Round 1: Abstract submission

Round 2: Presentation 

1. Undergraduate and Postgraduate students are eligible to participate

2. A team can comprise 2 to 3 members

NOTE: Abstract has to be uploaded during the initial registration

Rules and Regulations:

Round 1:

1. An abstract with a word limit of 300 words has to be uploaded on or before February 22, 2023

2. The abstract has to be relevant to the mentioned categories (Circuit, Non-Circuit and EV) 

Round 2:

1. Shortlisted participants will be intimated via email to make their payment within the mentioned time frame 

2. Participants have to present their PowerPoints during the final round held on 28.02.2023 (Online)

3. Presentation should not exceed the given time limit (Presentation - 5 mins, Discussion - 3 mins)

4. The decision made by the jury is final

Mode:

Online (via Microsoft Teams)

Rewards and Prizes:

• EV Category: Winner receives an award 'SSEM Best Paper’ and winner receives a cash prize of 20000 INR

• Circuit Category: Winner receives ‘The Best Paper Award’ and a cash prize of 30000 INR

• Non-Circuit Category: Winner receives ‘The Best Paper Award’ and a cash prize of 30000 INR

• All shortlisted abstracts from round 1 will be published as a part of the proceedings
