Matthew Cain is an experienced human resources professional with over 10 years of experience in human resources management and recruiting. He is  a freelance consultant and advisor, and is very active in both the national chapter of SHRM, along with his local chapter as well. He was elected to the board of directors, and served as the diversity director for his local chapter in 2019. With functional, and leadership experience in both the non-profit and for profit sectors, he specializes in building and revising benefit programs.
