We know this year will go down in the record books, and, it’s barely ½ of the way over! Each one of us has traversed such tremendous change already, and who knows what is to come? So much uncertainty can keep us in an unsteady state, and not at our best. For many, we are unsure of what to expect, although more questions than answers will be the norm for quite some time. We have learned to cope well enough, moving from day to day and handling what needs to be handled. Now what? How do we bring back a sense of serenity and even strength into our lives during these unusual times? In this session, Kim Zilliox will talk about how we can be steady in the storm of 2020, how we can feel peace among the chaos and how we can use this experience to strengthen our resolve, revisit our values, and increase our self-confidence.
