The LOLA Presents Yoga & Myth: Embrace Your Inner Goddess with Mandy Roberts

Join The LOLA on Wednesday, October 7, from 12PM-1PM, as Mandy Roberts of FORM Yoga uses myth and yoga to offer us a glimpse into the unconscious and the magic of possibility. This 60-minute breath and movement offering will include an adaptation of a traditional Goddess myth, written by Mandy, combined with an all-levels, slow to moderate-paced yoga class. Together we will explore some of the most basic postures and sequences, guiding you through proper – and safe – alignment to ignite, harmonize, and enliven our spirit. We’ll call on our inner wisdom to embody archetypical Goddess energy through inspiration & exploration. Tickets are free to The LOLA members and $10 for guests.
