For many organizations, safety metrics are usually seen as negative and cumbersome, and usually unattainable (think: "zero accidents"). This can change by implementing truly proactive metrics that ensure widespread engagement. We will cover in this course the key performance indicators that will more strongly contribute to a proactive safety culture.
