Our Ayurveda Diet and Lifestyle course is designed for practitioners who are beginners to learn the science of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the oldest form of holistic medicine based on 5 elements. In the course you will focus on learning and practicing the fundamentals of Ayurveda, anatomy of the body according to Ayurveda, pranayama, asanas, dosha balancing, in-depth practice of Ayurveda yoga, in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda diet and lifestyle, alternative health practitioners, etc.

You will understand the importance of nutrition and lifestyle from the perspective of Ayurveda, which food is good for health and how to manage the lifestyle.
