Both artists coming together to drop an Off the’ Dome Drums and Voice collaboration (LIVE) - With DJ Support from South London Soul Train head honcho JAZZHEADCHRONIC, deep in our speakeasy Jazz Lounge at The CLF Art Lounge and Roof Garden.

MARQUE GILMORE the inna-most (Acousti-Lectric Drums and FX) - Live

Internationally acclaimed drummer percussionist; future‐music and live electronic music performance pioneer; professional international solo musician, producer, arranger and innovative cultural arts practitioner; Musical/Creative Director for the music/multi-media performance project DRUM‐FM and Stockholm-based live arts‐education organisation and interactive concept‐club KULT‐U-REA.

From its 1994 London/Brooklyn inception, Marque’s drumming and live performances with DRUM‐FM literally pioneered the musical sub‐genre phenomenon known as Live DRUM’n'BASS! He remains an icon of independent Underground Music in the UK, Europe and beyond, heavily influenced and supported by his early years in New York City as a founder member of the infamous Black Rock Coalition.

Gilmore’s primary work over the past 35+ years connects ancient musical traditions, modern music and music‐technology in both performance and production…otherwise known as: “Science‐Friction‐Drum‐and‐Space”.

VOX URBANE

Vox Urbane is a professional vocal ensemble with diversity at its heart. The co-founders: Dan Ludford-Thomas and Helen Meyerhoff, have worked professionally in classical music collectively for more than fifty years. They have a vision in which all aspiring and gifted musicians regardless of background, can see a tangible and exciting future for themselves as performers, conductors and composers.

Vox Urbane performs canonical repertoire, whilst also introducing new works to re-contextualise and make relevant choral music for new and developing audiences.

Our mission is to represent marginalised voices through our outstanding line-up of artists of diversity - ethnicity, socio-economic, gender, and neuro-diverse.

Smashing It since 92 - Jazzheadchronic Mikey Smith is renowned for his positively aggressive and highly charged eclectic good time sets of soul, funk, groove, motown, disco, latin and or future sets of broken to afro beat, jungle to drum and bass + hip hop - One thing's for sure, whenever or wherever he plays, the dance floor blows up and the crowd always, but always feel it. Long time.
