Course Overview

This course is divided into two parts namely, Governance and Ethics.  While the first part deals with the general notion of governance, states and nations and pays much attention to a democratic form of governance, the second part deals with special issues dealing with a government founded on ethical principles such as accountability, responsibility and transparency.  These are the principles demanded in any form of governance and ought to be applied in and within the states.
