Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Nuneaton September 2019

Funhouse Comedy returns to the Abbey Theatre, Nuneaton on Saturday September 21st for more fun and laughter.

Headlining is winner of ITV's 'Show Me The Funny' the instantly loveable and unique Patrick Monahan, with his trademark hyperactive and freewheeling charm. Following the release of his debut DVD he was a guest on Loose Women and also appeared alongside Philip Schofield and Jason Manford on ITV's Comedy Annual. More recently he appeared on ITV's Splash. Of Irish-Iranian decent, but brought up on Teeside he shares tales of his memories. He exudes warmth and charisma; his friendly style mixed with his amusing story telling leaves his audiences wanting for more.

Support from The Noise Next Door who have appeared on BBC 1, BBC 3, ITV1, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 4 and have performed alongside the likes of Michael McIntyre, Al Murray, and Harry Hill; will be performing perfectly choreographed routines and enthralling the crowd with their wonderful blend of ludicrous characters, witty one-liners, epic stories and musical mayhem. Their sharp improvised comedy always results in a hilariously unique show.

Completing the line-up is the hilarious Simon Lomas who finished 3rd in 'English Comedian of The Year Competition in 2017 and last year won 'Petfringe Comedian of The Year', the biggest prize in live comedy. He captivates the audience with his imaginative and enjoyable wordplay.

Compere for the night will be James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humour. Having worked as a presenter on commercial radio stations, he went on air with A-ha and presented Lenny Henry with his 'Walk of Fame'.
