Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Chilwell, Notts may 2019

Funhouse Comedy brings a laughter packed night to Bartons, Chilwell, Nottingham on Friday May 31st.

Topping the bill is the intelligent, controversially witty, hip and silly Markus Birdman. Regarded by many in the know as one of the best circuit acts in the country, he has toured internationally and had highly acclaimed shows at the Edinburgh Festival. His dandyish onstage confidence, versatility and infectious nature result in a truly absorbing performance.

Opening the night will be International comedian Gordon Southern, nominated for both Amused Moose Laughter Awards and 'Best International Show' at the New Zealand Comedy Festival. This year his show was nominated for best comedy at the Perth Fringe and he is very much in demand. His quick humour and buoyant delivery, along with his hilarious observational comedy and improvisation has everyone fascinated and wanting for more.

Completing the line-up is the hilarious Simon Lomas who finished 3rd in 'English Comedian of The Year Competition in 2017 and last year won 'Petfringe Comedian of The Year', the biggest prize in live comedy. He captivates the audience with his imaginative and enjoyable wordplay.

Compere for the night will be the cheeky and friendly Stevie Gray with his boundless energy and mix of news, music and comedy.
