LOTS OF LAUGHTER IN GLOUCESTER.
Funhouse Comedy Club is back at Gloucester Brewery, on Saturday August 10th for a laughter packed night.
Headlining is Pierre Hollins who has been an audience favourite on the comedy circuit for many years, and has headlined at clubs throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In the early days, he worked as a support act to Lenny Henry and Rory Bremner, appeared in the West End with Rita Rudner and toured with The Flying Pickets, Willie Rushton & Barry Cryer. He has completely re-invented his act several times. In a more recent incarnation, he was found wielding an electric squash racket! His relaxed amiability is defined by a compelling conversational style and absurd guitar posturing.
Supporting will be James Sherwood sharing his imaginative musical jokes and beautifully crafted original comedy songs. His sharp wit and inspirational set results in truly laugh out loud comedy.
Completing the line up is Jon Pearson. Jon's laid-back storytelling has audiences hanging on his every word. With tales based around his own life experiences, his anecdotes are relatable and certain to have people in hysterics.
Compere for the night will be the chatty and welcoming Nik Hill.
£10 in advance.
