This year is all about envisioning and we have an incredible interactive experience for those who are ready to experience life from a different lens! With an array of different activities, speakers and connections FOS 23 is bound to have you picturing yourself the way God pictures you! 

Festival of S.T.A.R.s is a womens conference created by the leader of S.T.A.R. Women of God, Dr. Pamela Randolph. Her vision and the mission of S.T.A.R. is to motivate women to maximize their lives by:

1. Living the God-kind of life.

2. Fulfilling their God given Purpose and Destiny.

3. Using their creativity to the maximum potential.

Along with the two ticket levels available to guests, FESTIVAL OF STARS 2023 also introduces two unique experiences for young girls. This year not only are we offering a Mini STARS experience for girls, ages 6-12 but also a JR. STARS experience for girls, ages 13-19! With these awesome experiences everyone will leave FOS 23 viewing life from the top!
