Creepy costumes are suggested because everything will be according to Halloween. Our Special Guest will be TNBC along with the City of Bedford PD & Fire Department, don’t miss the chance to meet your Local Heroes. Munchkins, ghosts, dragons, witches, and monsters will be crawling, skipping, and slithering their way through the maze of decorated vehicles.
