Join us for an exhilarating Dancersizing (Dance + Exercising) class!!

Get your dance on, learn new moves, get in shape, sweat out some endorphins, make new friends, release stress, and boost your confidence! Join our new Dirty Dancersizing movement - we are in for quite a ride. 

How this happened: “I lost 10 pounds in 10 days dancersizing at home (while having a blast) to fit into a leather skirt, and had to show other women how easy and affordable it could be (ban crunches and tummy tucks)” - Sonda Eunus, Accidental Dancersize Teacher

Who we are: a new Women Only Dance Studio in which we combine dancing (amazing weight loss cardio) with light exercising and strength training add-ons (amazing legs, arms, ass & abs). 

Dance Styles & Music genres include: Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bachata, Samba, Hip Hop, Dancehall, Soca, Reggae, Jazz, East Coast & Triple Swing, Lindy Hop, Top 40, & Tap. Other class offerings will be added on a regular basis. 

Location: We are doing pop-up classes at various locations until we decide on our first permanent studio location - we go where our people need us. 

Our current class times will be held at the 1890 Teague House at 917 E. Silver Springs Boulevard, Ocala FL 34470. We will be on the lower floor under Pampered Touch Therapeutic Massage Spa. You will see a staircase leading downstairs to an open door on the left side of the building. There is plenty of parking on that side (and all sides). 

What you need to know (TL;DR in bold): 

• We are Women Only - no more being ogled by undesirable creepers at the gym. If you have a boo you can drag him to our biweekly Couples Night Dance Socials. 

• Wear something loose and secure your hair one way or another. You WILL be drenched by the end of class - slap me if you’re not (this is Sonda, don’t slap my other Instructors).

• We will have the following at each class: light appetizers, energy shakes, pre-workout drinks, alkaline water (it’s hydrating magic).

• Your thighs will hurt the next day so don’t plan an outdoor hike or something.

• Yes we dance and look great. But more than anything, we are building a support network of women who are looking to become the best versions of themselves, and help empower other women around them to do the same. 

• You will earn a free class for each new Dancing Queen you bring. Uh oh, time to make friends ladies. 

• There is absolutely zero cliquing, drama, body-shaming, or bullying at our studio (sorry ladies, it had to be said). We WILL kick you out, and I promise you that our legs are stronger than yours (at least for now). We are building an intimate environment for women to let their guard down, let loose, get in shape, make friends, and be completely themselves - something that does not currently exist in Ocala. Bullies are not allowed.

• There are no phones allowed during class (prison-style) so that no one ends up on anyone’s social media by accident, which happens more than you think. We will have a safe place for you to leave your phones with our check-in person at the beginning of each class. 

When you come to your first class, you will receive your Newbie Gift Bundle:

• Sweet Dirty Dancersizing T-Shirt. Choose your color wisely - white, black, or green

• Your starting set of weights. Pick your poison when you register - 2.5lb, 5lb, or 10lb (whoa there champ)

• Resistance Band - your thighs and abs better get ready for this
