For the past 6 years, we have been evangelising Design thinking as a way to design creative out-of-the-box and delightful customer experiences via our annual Design Thinking Summit. Design thinking is not only for designers but also for creative employees freelancers and leaders who seek to cultivate a strategic mindset at every level of an organisation's product or service in order to drive innovative solutions for business and society.

It's a 3-day experiential workshop from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Oct 14th Friday: Build deep customer empathy through research
Oct 15th Saturday: Articulate insights that inspire innovation and Ideate solutions
Oct 16th Sunday: Prototype and run rapid experiments to test solutions
