As per Robert Greenleaf, "A great leader is a servant first. It begins with a natural feeling that one wants to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. That person is sharply different from one who is a leader first, perhaps because of the need to assuage an unusual power drive or to acquire material possessions. The leader-first and servant-first are two extreme types. Between them, there are shadings and blends that are part of the infinite variety of human nature."

From on then, Servant-leadership has been a buzzword. It holds more importance in agile leadership. In this crash course, we'll briefly explore the basics of servant-leadership and its relevance in the current business world. Things we will focus on,

- Dive into key matrices which can help us to practice servant-leadership, based on situation and people.

- How to align Vision-Direction-Goal for effective leadership and its relevance as a facilitator.

- Identifying and defining the 'Purpose' and 'Outcome' for effective facilitation of any ceremony or meeting.
