Crash Course: Harvesting Group Wisdom using World Cafe

World café is a structured conversational process for knowledge sharing in which groups of people discuss a topic at several small tables like those in a café. Some degrees of formality may be retained to make sure that everyone gets a chance to speak.

Virtual World café is facilitated using the power of the break-out rooms (small group) conversations to harvest each member's thoughts on a topic/question under consideration. Room Ambassadors harvest these thoughts from different rooms by first aligning them to previous room conversations and then inviting new thoughts.

Final convergence of the group wisdom is done through the selection of top ideas/solutions/answers in the home room and then sharing the same with the larger group.
