This short course aims at taking participants through the process of creating dynamic interactive websites from scratch using the free Joomla and WordPress Content Management Systems (CMSes). These open-source CMSes allow easy building and editing of websites without the need for an understanding of complex databases, difficult scripting languages, and website security.
