Resolving Workplace Conflict looks at the common causes of disagreement, which includes cultural differences, different expectations, and communication difficulties. Most conflict can be resolved and this course teaches several strategies for helping protagonists deal with their conflict in the most positive manner possible. Conflict affects not only the people directly involved but their teams, neighbors, and co-workers.
