WHITE WAVE will be celebrating our 20th Anniversary Virtual DUMBO DANCE FESTIVAL from June 10th-13th, 2021.

The 2021 VIRTUAL DUMBO DANCE FESTIVAL (VDDF) will be a marathon showcase of cutting-edge contemporary dance, featuring both emerging and eminent dancemakers.

We are proud to announce that the 20th anniversary’s VDDF will be presented for the first time with VIRTUAL, include over 70+ companies with 350+ performing artists, reaching an audience of about 4,000 people of all ages.

WHITE WAVE scours the globe in search of today's most innovative dancemakers, both emerging and established, and brings them to one extended weekend to paying extra attention to the new, emerging, and experimental. Dance lovers will experience a veritable cornucopia of the best of contemporary dance. VDDF attracts the very best by providing artists allowing our global audiences to experience, first-hand, the incomparable vitality of the NY & around world Dance scene.
