Consent:

All ticket holders implicitly consent to appear in any filming and/or recording of the event. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to follow the rules and regulations in good faith.

Event Timing:

The doors will open promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

Dress Code:

Traditional attire is encouraged. You may bring props like dandiyas, traditional umbrellas, or other items to enhance your Garba experience.

Entry:

·       Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

·       Keep your ticket with you at all times and ensure the barcode is easily readable.

·       Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your ticket and age. Acceptable forms of ID include valid passports, driving licenses, or pass cards. Photocopies are not acceptable.

·       No refunds will be given if a ticket holder is refused entry or evicted due to behavior that threatens the enjoyment and safety of other attendees.

Tickets:

·       All tickets for this event are final sales.

·       For group discounts (15 tickets+), contact the organizers directly.

·       Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable (organizers hold the right to make any exceptions).

·       Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. The organizers reserve the right to legally penalize any individual, group, or organization involved in such activity.

·       The organizers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets and reserve the right to refuse admission.

 

·       Re-entry to the event will only be allowed after re-verification, which includes a valid ticket, photo ID, and/or hand-bands.
