据中商产业研究院预测，2022年中国数字经济规模将超过48.9万亿元，占GDP比重超过40%。随着中国经济数字化转型的深入，数字人才缺口近1100万。据中国信息通信研究院发布的《数字经济对就业影响研究报告》显示，数字产业化就业岗位占就业岗位总数的32.6%。高层次数字化人才队伍建设已成为企业数字化转型的重点任务之一。

2023第三届中国数字人才峰会将以数字经济人才培养为主题，结合企业最佳实践，围绕数字人才趋势、领导力培养、组织架构优化、企业文化、数字技能提升、人才吸引、培养、激励和发展适应时代需求的各行业，旨在为企业获取和培养促进企业转型升级的数字化人才提供新的参考。
