ABOUT THIS COURSE:
The 300-hour advanced training builds on and deepens the trainee's understanding of the fundamental concepts of the practice and teaching of yoga, which are generally covered in the ULU 200-hour course. In a RYS ULU 300-hour advanced training, trainees learn more advanced, detailed, and/or subtler techniques of yoga, enabling them to teach with greater skill than could be reasonably expected of a ULU RYT 200.

Learn new skills, explore advanced poses and obtain ULU 300/500HR Yoga Alliance certification. Train with world-class instructors who will take you further into the physical and theoretical aspects of Traditional Hatha Yoga and dynamic Vinyasa Flow. Also try Ashtanga, Yin, Aerial, Acro and SUP yoga. Dive deeper into life changing meditation techniques, sacred philosophy, biomechanic anatomy and hands on adjustments.
