2020 3rd International Symposium on Computers and Communications (ISoCC 2020)

Due to health concerns and associated travel restrictions being put in place in view of the COVID-19 coronavirus，The organizing committee of ISoCC 2020 has made to decision to change ISoCC 2020 to an online conference during same dates on November 17-19, 2020.
