Keeping in mind the convenience of the students,100 Hours Yoga Course in Thailand is actually intended for those constrained by time and yet wanting to carry on their 200 hour yoga teacher training. The program thus provides them the option to pursue the same under two semesters of 100 hour each. Thus the first semester offers students two comprehensive weeks which is actually a part of the four-week 200 hour teacher training curriculum.
