100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training India

Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to provide you with a comprehensive education in the practice and teaching of yoga. If you choose to participate in this program you will attend the first two weeks of our 200 hour training which means that you will receive the same training as those who enroll in the full 200 hour program.

By completing the first two weeks of the 200 hour training you will have the option to join the second two weeks of the program at a later time or in a different location. If you choose to do so and you successfully complete both courses you will be eligible to receive the 200 hour Yoga Alliance certificate. This certification is recognized worldwide and will allow you to teach yoga at any studio that requires it.

Of course you may also choose to complete only the 100 hour program. In this case you will be eligible to receive the 100 hour Yoga Alliance certificate which is also recognized worldwide. This certificate will enable you to teach yoga at any studio that requires a 100 hour certification.

Our Multistyle Yoga training program is designed to teach you three main styles of yoga: Hatha (including traditional and therapeutic) AshtangaVinyasa and Vinyasa Yoga. These styles are designed to provide you with a broad understanding of the practice of yoga and will help you develop a comprehensive knowledge of the practice and teaching of yoga.

In our 100 hour program you will receive foundational knowledge in yoga and teaching techniques. Our program is carefully designed to develop your skills as a yoga practitioner and as a yoga teacher. While our training is primarily aimed at prospective teachers the knowledge and techniques you will learn can also be applied to your own personal practice.
