Thought 100 hours Yoga Course is just a beginning but holistically asanas work in different ways from conventional physical exercises for all levels such as beginners —just by placing the physical body in positions that cultivate awareness, relaxation, and concentration. Rather than being a Yoga Instructors, one can explore this yoga path for self-knowledge and bringing a peaceful mind. 

The 100 hours Yoga Course begins during the first 2 weeks of the 200 hours and the students will mainly learn about Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy Physiology, Yoga Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. As a foundation, Yoga as a health issue helps to reduce the symptoms of lower back pain, beneficial effects on specific conditions such as asthma even chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes. There is evidence that the practice of asanas improves birth outcomes and physical health and quality of life measures in the elderly and reduces sleep disturbances and hypertension.
