Yoga and Spiritual Awakening with Vedaji and Friends. Join us to learn ancient wisdom of Vedanta and Bhakti Yoga while utilizing the five sacred elements to come into balance and harmony with our own being and those around us.

Vedaji is a life long monk whose works include the non profit Food4Lives, the Chiltta Cleanse Technique and heart based teachings based on the ancient texts. He shares his message around the world. We are very fortunate to have him in Connecticut for this retreat.

Net proceedings go to Food4Lives - mission being to feed the unhomed in Hartford and Middletown.
