Workforce Diversity in Lexington

At this action forum, Together We Rise will frame the issue of workforce diversity in Lexington, share stories of personal experiences to illustrate the need for and impact of meaningful diversity, invite participants to share thoughts and ideas, and share a set of concrete action items that participants can take if they choose.

We will address:

* What is meaningful workforce diversity?
* What are the benefits to the organization?
* What are the impacts on workers?
* How can we take action?
