Wellington Community Association's Annual Fall Yard Sale is coming up soon! All of Wellington's 1300+ households are eligible to sell! Anyone is eligible to participate as a buyer. The sale will be located on individual yards and driveways at each resident's discretion. Yard sale spans the entire Wellington Community, from single family and town-homes off Hastings Dr to single family homes off of Cloverhill Rd, across Wellington Rd, all the way to town-homes and condos off of Cloverhill Rd and Garst Dr!
RAIN DATE OCTOBER 17 8am-1pm. No one may set up/sell on shared community property. In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, masks and social distancing are required for participation as a buyer or seller - additional precautions such as frequent hand washing/sanitizing and usage of gloves are strongly recommended.
