Lost and Found
Lost and Found is chapter 5 of the Wandering Ensemble's Wandering in the Wilderness project, created collaboratively by Dandelion Dancetheater and the CSUEB Inclusive Interdisciplinary Ensemble. The larger project will take 40 years to create, with new performance experiments each year along the way. Lost and Found explores multiple perspectives on the many losses of the last five years as well as emerging futures arising out of the wreckage of old systems, institutions, beliefs, and habits. Inclusive Dance, Music, Theatre, Ritual, Storytelling, and Spectacle weave an immersive performance ceremony guiding participants and witnesses towards vibrant aliveness.

The Wandering Ensemble
The Wandering Ensemble sprouted in the wake of the COVID Pandemic to experiment with inclusive, creative, and sustainable ways of collaborating that responded directly to the massive changes rippling through our world. Directed by Eric Kupers, the ensemble is a fusion of Dandelion Dancetheater and the CSUEB Inclusive Interdisciplinary Ensemble. Committed to honoring the complexities of creating work by and for people of all abilities/disabilities, shapes, sizes, cultures, ancestries, body identities, neuro-types, art forms, modes of perception, and walks of life, they collaborate year-round, welcoming new members online or in person.

The Sabah Ensemble
The Sabah Ensemble was founded in 1973 by Jamie "Sabah" Miller (1942-1999), who taught belly dance as a performing art. The group's work draws on techniques of improvisation from theater and music; ritual and spiritual practice; community engagement; as well as traditional belly dance, modern dance, yoga and ideokinesis. The Ensemble has performed in a variety of concert, festival and community settings.
