Walk to End Alzheimer's

Edward Jones branch associates are honored to support the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's® in 
Philadelphia as Holly Revelas - Edward Jones Team. Edward Jones is once again a National Presenting sponsor of Walk
to End Alzheimer's, the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's Association care, support and
research.
While plans are moving forward to host the Walk to End Alzheimer's in person, the health and safety of participants, staff
and volunteers remain the Alzheimer's Association's top priorities. Walk events will implement safety protocols including
physical distancing, masks (where required), contactless registration, hand sanitizing stations, and more. The Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local guidelines will be followed to ensure Walk events are safe for
attendees. Edward Jones' participation with in-person walks is subject to change due to the firm's reopening policy. 
Options will be offered for people to participate online and in local neighborhoods. Participants can use the Walk to End
Alzheimer's mobile app to connect with other walkers, track their steps and distance, follow a virtual Walk path, manage
their Facebook fundraisers, and access Association information and resources to help individuals and families affected by
the disease.
Edward Jones has committed $50 million to the Alzheimer's Association over a 10-year period since launching the
alliance in 2016. It is the largest ever pledged by a corporate partner to the Alzheimer's Association. The funds are used to
enhance access to care and support programs, expand education materials for Edward Jones clients and associates, and
advance critical Alzheimer's research.
Alzheimer's disease is a growing public health crisis and a leading cause of death in the United States. Today, more than 6
million Americans are living with the disease. As the nation's baby boomers age, this number could skyrocket to nearly 13
million by 2050. Additionally, more than 11 million family members and friends serve as Alzheimer's caregivers.
