ESSENTIAL OILS EXPERIENCE

What, exactly, are essential oils? How do they work and what are their benefits? They do so much more than make our home smell nice. Come learn about how essential oils offer support for our emotions, hormones, immune systems, skin health and digestion, among many other things! Essential oils can be great tools to help you on a path to healthy, non-toxic living. The class will include three easy “make-and-take” projects with essential oils: a Room Spray, personalized Bath Salts and “Breathe” roller. Take some time out of your busy schedule to enjoy this fun and relaxing experience!

Thrive: Mind, Body & Soul Offers this class as part of a 4 hour access event on February 22nd from 2-6pm during which wine, chocolate, snacks, coffee and tea are included. The essential oils experience part will begin at 3pm.

We are also holding this special experience on March 17 from 5-9pm with the same inclusions as listed above. The essential oils experience part will begin at 6:30pm.
