Big Data and HR webinar looks at one of the major issues confronting human resource departments globally. C-Suite demands that we justify HR through the use of evidence-based metrics, but the question arises are we presenting the correct metrics to respond to the demands.

Big Data is the rage of the business world providing a vehicle for analyzing large collections of data to arrive at an understanding of when a particular event is most likely to occur.

This webinar explores whether the answer to when an event is going to occur takes precedent over why an event occurs with the suggestion that in HR the answer to the later takes precedence. There is an alternative methodology to create the same evidence-based metrics demanded by the C-Suite but provide the answer to the question "why" rather than "When."
