For just two days the first weekend in August, Hanson of Sonoma Organic Vodka will be hosting very special tastings of Hanson Vodka paired with Regiis Ova Caviar, co-owned by Thomas Keller. A Regiis Ova Caviar expert will be on hand to reveal the perfect pairing. Caviar "bumps" will be offered with a variety of classic and delicious "accoutrements" including potato chips, creme fraiche, cucumber, and endive. Highly recommended: pair a Caviar "bump" with a Hanson Martini. $20 per pairing; limit of two drinks per person.
