Join America Meditates, a Movement to raise awareness about depression, loneliness, suicide, school violence, mass shootings and to stand together for better mental well-being.
Even if 1% of the population meditates in a given area, it is known to reduce violence by 24%, leading to a healthier society.
The movement will culminate in Denver, CO, July 24, 2019, where 20,000 people will meditate together in one of the largest meditations in U.S. history!
