Spring Has Sprung - Amazing Spring Wine and Cheese Pairings! [May 7]

It's finally here - the longer days, the brighter sun, and the warmer weather. Spring has sprung! It's time to turn our attention to the better days ahead, and that certainly includes what we'll be eating. For us, spring cheese is absolutely on the menu. Whether made from cow, sheep, or goat milk, their lively flavors and textures are just the thing for shaking off winter's chill.

What better way to experience these delicious treats than with a sip (or three) of delicious wines that are just begging to be savored in the sun? Equally as cheerful and energetic, these buoyant wines embody the optimism of the season. Join wine and cheese educator (and spring lamb) Adam Centamore for a night basking in the tasty opulence of wine and cheese pairings suited for the season. You'll sample a selection of fun n' fancy cheeses that are at their absolute best this time of year, perfectly matched with wines in combinations that are sure to have you cheering for more. Come celebrate springtime with amazing wine and cheese pairings!

This class will be held Online through Zoom. Tasting Kits are available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option. For those who wish to purchase their own wine and cheese, lists will be provided ahead of time so that you may taste along at home.
