Join us at the historic McCrory Timmerman in Downtown Taylor, Texas for a delicious *indoor* festival in celebration of Blackland flavor!
Thanks to our "black gumbo"---as the locals once called the thick, dark soil---the rich farmland around our northeast fork of our Union Pacific rail line has been abuzz with agricultural activity for over a century. A diverse cast of creative and industrious settlers from all four corners have contributed to the unique flavor of the east-central Texas Blacklands---a legacy we celebrate with a raise of the glass (and fork)!
