Trauma care has evolved over the past four decades to become the model for creating programs to care for emergency care as well as critical illnesses. Providing effective care of the injured takes a significant commitment on the part of both trauma centers and trauma teams. The 2019 San Diego Day of Trauma will review the importance of building an effective team in order to provide the best possible care for patients with life threatening injuries.
This conference will include concise and focused lectures by experts in trauma and critical care medicine, case presentation segment focusing on real-life trauma cases and extensive audience participation, panel discussions, and Q&A with expert faculty.
