Banana Triathlon

Banana Triathlon is all about getting involved in as many different ways as possible; with a total of SIX different takes on the triathlon theme, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Due to popular demand, we have launched an additional date, Banana Sundae, on 30 June 2019. 

Taking place at Dorney Lake, Banana Triathlon is the perfect event to get a triathlon taster with Banana Split, or rope in your friends and family (and enemies!) to take on the Bunch of Bananas Relay. If this isn’t your first time, why not take advantage of the flat, fast course with the Whole Banana? – There really is something for everyone!

The 3 weekends you can choose any distance to take part in are:
• Eton Sprints weekend on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 May
• Banana Triathlon on Saturday 29
• Season Finale Triathlon on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September

Half Banana (Novice, 15+ years): 400m Swim, 10.6km Bike, 2.5km Run 
Banana Fritter (SuperSprint, 15+ years): 400m Swim, 21.2km Bike, 5km Run 
Whole Banana (Challenge, 17+ years): 800m Swim, 31.8km Bike, 7.5km Run 
Jumbo Banana (Olympic, 17+ years ): 1500m Swim, 42.4km Bike, 10km Run 
Bunch of Bananas Relay (17+ years, min 2 max 3 participants) 800m Swim, 31.8km Bike, 7.5km Run 
Duathlon: 5km Run, 21.2km Bike, 2.5km Run
Scootathlon (4-8 years): 390m Scoot, 390m Bike, 250m Run
