A person with heart disease or cardiovascular disease may refer to cardiologist. Cardiovascular generally refers to conditions that involved narrow and blocked vessels that can lead to a heart attack ,chest pain or stock .Other heart conditions such as those affects your heart muscle , valves or rhythm also consider forms as heart disease.
